- On-site ticket purchases (printed tickets), printed ticket issuance, and ticket voucher exchange are not available at the Salon de Yeobyeoncho Theater.
- Free Opening Ceremony tickets are limited to one ticket per Jecheon resident.
- Proof of eligibility is required for discounted tickets. Failure to provide the required documentation may result in the reservation being denied.

Booking Notes
The 22nd Jecheon International Music & Film Festival operates on a mobile ticket admission policy through online reservations.
- A maximum of 4 tickets per person per screening may be reserved online or on-site. (Regular screenings only.)
- On-site ticket purchases are available until 15 minutes after the screening begins.
- Due to the Personal Information Protection Act, proxy ticket collection using another person's personal information (e.g., mobile phone number or ID) is not permitted.
- Tickets are issued as mobile tickets (QR codes).
- Google Chrome is recommended for online ticket reservations.
- Admission with a mobile ticket (QR code) is recommended. Printed tickets can be issued if necessary.
- Screenshots of mobile tickets (QR codes) will not be accepted for admission.
- Printed tickets cannot be reissued due to personal reasons, including loss, damage, or arriving at the wrong screening time.
