Kim has cemented his position as a smart commercial film director leading from his debut film Oh! Brothers(2003) to Take-Off(2009). In 2013, he touched the hearts of the audience with Mr. Go, featuring the first-ever spectacular 3D Stereoscopic filming and a fully digital character.
Lee has been managing Cineworld Entertainment since directing Kid Cop. He produced and directed Once Upon a Time in a Battlefield(2003), which brought in 2.9 million audiences to the box office while King and the Clown(2005) was acknowledged as demonstrating his unique sense of humor, wit, and historical consciousness.
Ryoo has communicated with the audience through the action genre since his debut film Die Bad(2000) and has been expanding his scope with new ideas unrestricted by boundaries of genre and a perspective that resonates with society to delight audiences. He received the Grand Prize at the 58th Baeksang Arts Awards for Escape from Mogadishu(2021) and is currently working on his new film Smuggle.
Produced The Contact(1997), Joint Security Area(2000), Who Are U?(2002), A Good Lawyer's Wife(2003), Hello, Brother(2004), and Bloody Tie(2006) at Myung Films. She later established BK Pictures and produced Girl Scouts(2008), Go Go 70s(2008), and Big Match(2014). She also took on the role of a director of the board at United Pictures and was involved in the production investment of various films including Jeon Woochi: The Taoist Wizard(2009), and The Man from Nowhere(2010).
James teaches screenwriting and film production at The New School University in New York City. He earned MFA degree in Film Directing and Screenwriting from Columbia University and has worked on many film productions. His films have received several awards including a nomination for the 35th Student Academy Awards®. He recently published a book titled Script Analysis with Focal Press-Routledge.
Bek Hyunjin is a singer/composer/painter/installation artist/performance artist/actor, crossing among the field of music, art, literature, and film. As a musician, he started with a band Uhuhboo Project in 1994 and formed a project band bangbek with artist the late Bang Jun-seok in 2014. He has participated in various OSTs such as Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance, Crying Fist, The Taste of Money, and Sunset in My Hometown, and his filmography for music is as spectacular as his acting career. Bek Hyunjin sings again, saying, “What I can express in language is embodied through my lyrics or acting, and what I can't express in language is expressed through music, art, or performance(gesture).”
