THE 17TH JECHEON INTERNATIONAL MUSIC & FILM ACADEMY

The Jecheon International Music & Film Academy (JIMFA) was established in 2006 by the Jecheon International Music & Film Festival. Since then, JIMFA has offered the opportunity to take courses with the best film music directors from Korea and abroad and produce film music. The JIMFA offers high-level lectures, group training, and mentoring sessions for students who want to receive focused, hands-on training to become film music directors. The 17th JIMFA will take place from Thursday, August 11th to Wednesday, August 17th for 6 nights and 7 days. Students will be provided with accommodations and receive a festival badge that will give them access to the festival programs, including opening and closing ceremonies, film screenings, and music programs.
