JIN Goo actor

Jin Goo made his TV acting debut with the SBS drama All In in 2003 and his film acting debut with the film A Bittersweet Life in 2005. He emerged one of the most beloved actors in Chungmu-ro, the heart of Korean cinema, sweeping numerous awards including Best Supporting Actor at the 30th Blue Dragon Film Awards and the 46th Golden Bell Awards for his performance in Bong Joon-ho’s Mother (2009). He has since proven himself to be a serious and prolific actor of immense talent through his roles in Le Grand Chef 2: Kimchi Battle (2009), The Showdown (2010), Moby Dick (2011), Northern Limit Line (2015), and One-line (2016). He won Special Jury Mention at the 34th Golden Cinema Film Festival with 26 Years (2012). In 2015, he showed off his musical abilities when he gave an excellent vocal and acting performance in the lead role of the musical film C’est Si Bon.

Gong Seung-yeon is made her TV screen debut with the tvN drama I Love Lee Taly (2012). She rose to stardom in 2015, winning New Star Award at the SBS Drama Awards with the SBS drama Heard It Through the Grapevine. Since then, she has been honing her acting skills by starring in numerous TV drama series including Six Flying Dragons (2015 - 2016), The Master of Revenge (2016), and Are You Human? (2018). Her potential to find success on the big screen was made evident by her appearance in the 2018 film My Dream Class, in which she also showed off her vocal abilities by participating in a soundtrack of the film.

LIM Dong-Hyek is one of the most beloved pianists among classical music aficionados worldwide. He has won the world’s top three piano competitions: Queen Elisabeth Competition, International Chopin Piano Competition, and International Tchaikovsky Competition. At the opening ceremony of the JIMFF 2020, he will perform “June” from Tchaikovsky’s The Seasons and Schubert’s Impromptu op. 142 No.3 B flat major.

Special Performance - Da Capo

He made his debut in the 24th YooJaeHa Music Competition, winning a bronze prize for his own song “Spring,” and he shows his genius as a singer-songwriter and also as an instrumentalist of guitar, keyboard and clarinet. He is also an innate star who crosses genres from popular music to films, showing outstanding acting as an actor in his film debut and the opening film of JIMFF 2020, Da Capo.

JANG Ha-eun

To go with the phrase, “a genius guitarist,” she is an up-and-coming real musician at the moment, as collaborating with the Russian Philharmonic Orchestra and performing the solos at Carnegie Hall. The scene of her authentic classical guitar playing and her guitar playing styles presented in Da Capo will remain in the memory of film fans and music fans.
