The 1970s of acoustic guitar, long hair, and folk songs, was a time when a huge trend of change began in Korean popular music history. Young singers began to sing their songs with sentimental lyrics and social criticism, and the public was excited about them. The new music center was the first music hall “C'est Si Bon,” which opened in Mugyo-dong, Seoul.

The film starts from the forgotten fact that “Twin Folio,” representing the music hall, had another member besides Song Chang-Sik and Yoon Hyung-Ju. It creates the fictional character called “Geun-tae” in the place of Lee Ik-kyun, having left shortly before Twin Folio became popular, and depicts a drama of love and farewell, and a social atmosphere of the 70s, on the beautiful masterpieces of the members of C'est Si Bon.
