Thirty-something Gregory Morel has inherited his father’s position of Judicial Officer. He enforces and recovers court orders and legal claims: bankruptcy, property seizures and evictions. Not a very exciting job. While making his debtor rounds, he meets reclusive singer Michel Delpech. The retired 70s French pop idol has accumulated years of unpaid taxes and parking tickets.
