The film is based on the true story of a couple of lovebirds that lived at the small town, Shandong province in China. Zhang Yuhua and Zhou Qinghuan fell in love at first sight. They got married with blessing from their neighbors. However, Zhou Qinghuan unexpectedly experienced medical accident, she had a huge damage about brain. Unfortunately she is in a vegetative state. Zhang Yuhua is very good at singing songs. He takes care of her everyday with all his heart and sings songs beside her to bring back her memory.
