Lee DonghaPresident of the Jury
He worked as a producer on films including Poetry(2010), Hwayi: A Monster Boy(2013), and A Brand New Life(2009). In 2014, he founded REDPETER FILMS, producing works such as Train to Busan(2016), Peninsula(2020), and The Bequeathed(2024). Since 2024, he has been serving as the head of the Producers Guild of Korea.
Kim Cho-hee
Born in Busan in 1975, she majored in French literature and earned a master¡¯s degree in film theory from Paris 1 University. From 2008 to 2015, she worked as a producer on over ten independent films. She directed works such as Lucky Chan-sil(2019) and Back to the Hong Kong(2022).
Yoo Ji-tae
A leading Korean actor who made his debut with the film Bye June in 1998. He has appeared in works such as Ditto (2000), One Fine Spring Day (2001) and Oldboy (2003), and has also directed films including The Bike Boy (2003), Invitation (2009), and Mai Ratima (2012).

Jérôme Paillard
He is the founder of Cinando and cofounder of Ventana Sur. He served as CEO of the Marché du Film at the Cannes for 27 years and is currently working as a consultant for films and events.
Garin Nugroho
He graduated from the Faculty of Law at University of Indonesia and the Faculty of Film and TV at Jakarta Institute of Arts. Recognized as a pioneer of the new generation of Indonesian cinema since the 1990s, he has received numerous awards both domestically and internationally.
Song Gyeongwon
He is a journalist and a film critic at Cine21. He made his debut as a critic in 2009 when he won the Cine21 Film Criticism Award, and in 2012 he completed the doctoral coursework in film theory at Dongguk University¡¯s Graduate School of Film and Digital Media.

Cho Young-wuk
He has worked as a music director on a wide range of films, including The Contact(1997), Joint Security Area(2000), The Classic(2003), and Oldboy(2003). More recently, he composed the music for the six-part BBC miniseries The Little Drummer Girl(2018) and Decision to Leave(2022).
Aleksandra Zakharchenko
Originally from Kyiv, Ukraine, she has been based in France since 2012 and has led the Industry Programs at the Marché du Film-Festival de Cannes since 2019.
Kim Hee-jung
She is a screenwriter and film director, currently serving as a full-time professor in the Department of Creative Writing at Chosun University. She directed films such as Grape Candy(2012), Snow Paths(2015), and French Woman(2020). Her latest work, Where Would You Like to Go? was screened as Closing Film at the Jeonju International Film Festival in 2023.

Among the 703 graduates of the Jecheon Int'l Music & Film Academy from its 1st to 19th editions, 102 participated as members of the preliminary jury to select the finalists.

Kim Songhee
She is the editor-in-chief of Big Issue Korea. A former journalist at Cine21, she has also written about popular culture for High Cut, Nylon Korea, and 10 Asia.
Lee Yoochae
A Journalist of Korean weekly film magazine Cine21. She received the 2022 Democratic Press Practice Award for Confessions of a newcomer writer: A report on unfair contracts among emerging Korean film directors and screenwriters.
Im Sooyeon
Majored in Physics Education and Economics at Seoul National University. She worked as a reporter for the web magazine Eyes and later as the head of the reporting at Cine21, writing reports covering various sectors of the media industry.

Lee Yongcheol
As a film critic, he contributes articles and gives lectures for Cine21, the Korean Film Archive, and Seoul Art Cinema. His books include The K-Content Code, The Bong Joon-ho Code, Ruben Östlund and Mia Hansen-Løve.
Lim Sae-eun
A film critic, she studied film at Dongguk University and Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University. She is currently working as a programmer for the Daejeon Railroad Film Festival.
