- No changes, cancellations, or refunds are allowed for tickets purchased on the day of the performance — regardless of reason.
- For on-site ticket pickup, only the original purchaser can claim the ticket. A valid photo ID and reservation confirmation must be presented.
- For all discounts requiring proof (residents, persons with disabilities, national merit), verification documentation is required at the venue. Otherwise, the price difference must be paid.
