In the summer of 2017, Cuban four membered female vocal band, ‘Vocal Vidas’ has a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. They are invited to the annual Grand Performances, a large outdoor event held in LA. They have traveled around Cuba singing together, now have the opportunity to sing in front of an audience of 3,000 people for the first time in their lives. After much hardship, the quartet enters the U.S. under Trump regime and fascinates foreigners, stimulates immigrants' nostalgia, and becomes a pride of families and neighbors. The film sheds warm light on their sole commitment to music, who’ve been living busy as wives, mothers, and daughters. (NAM Sunwoo)
