K o r e a’s representative rock singer Kang, San-ae’s parents’home is in North Korea. He reflected such background in his debut song entitled ‘¡|ra gu yo’and he attempts to communicate such meanings in meeting with various local rock singers in Japan, Philippines, Indonesia, China and more as he travels through these areas with the theme of ‘Love for the human race’. Their meetings end up in a moving reunion concert in Seoul.
Born 1958. Born to Korean-Japanese parents originally from Jejudo. Graduated from Waseda University and entered Telecom Japan, a TV production company, in 1984. Has been working as a TV documentary writer and works include < The Fantastic Tokyo Olympics>(1988), and < The House in My Hometown - A Special Seniors Home for the Korean-Japanese>(1996).
