Mark Lamprell studied film at Macquarie University where he completed a B.A Mass Com. After graduation, he directed short films and was commissioned by the Education Department to make a documentary titled Michael’s Story. His another film My Mother Frank was closing film of the Panorama section of the Berlin Film Festival, closing film at the Sydney Film Festival.
