Miguel Poveda has just turned 40. For his 25th anniversary in the music industry, he decides to do something special. It will become his most ambitious concert. Over the months it took to prepare this event, the film tells the story of Miguel Poveda, the person behind the scene. The story of a man who overcame all obstacles in his way to success, to eventually become one of the main names of contemporary flamenco.
Paco Ortiz was born in Huelva in 1978. He studied audiovisual communication at the Seville Faculty of Information Sciences. In 2011, he directed the feature documentary Deportados 1969, which premiered at the Seville European Film festival. He also directed documentaries Las manos del Flamenco and A Remo.
