Michel Legrand was the composer of some of the most famous scores of cinema: <The Umbrellas of Cherbourg>, <The Thomas Crown Affair>, <Yentl>, to name a few. A legend who won 3 Oscars and 5 Grammys, he collaborated with the renowned French and American filmmakers but also with jazzmen and singers. This documentary tells the surreal journey of this elusive artist whose life and career are multifaceted.
Grégory Monro studied at the National School for Directing and the Audiovisual Arts(ESRA), he continued his training with Jack Waltzer of the Actor’s Studio in Paris and New York. His short films, including <Rose or the Mute Liars> (2013), <Behind> (2005) and <Choose or Lose> (2000) have been selected for presentation in numerous film festivals.
